Lee and Perrins Worshestershire sauce is top notch and so versatile. BTW, it is pronounced "Wooster".

... and spelled Worcestershire (also known as Worcester sauce, hence the pronunciation). Worcester is the town, Worcestershire is the county.

I like insanely hot chile sauces.

I have one that a friend made, that's just outright bonkers. I can use tiny amounts of it before it overheats, my wife can't use any at all because she finds it physically painful even in tiny quantities. It's made with a big pile of Carolina Reaper peppers.

Mmmmm.... Thai sweet chile sauce. Now you've made me want Thai food. Thai restaurants are one thing I miss since I moved out of the city :(

They can be hard to come by. The nearest one to me is 45 minutes away and the best one is an hour away.

There was a time when I had a really good Thai restaurant within a five minute walk of my apartment. I miss that place. At the same time there was another, even better, Thai restaurant within a 10 minute walk of my office. That was an amazing place but quite expensive, it was the kind of place to go when someone else was picking up the bill :)

I really like Thai green curries and many Indian curries. I never really got into Japanese curries.

The Thai restaurant near the apartment where I once lived did a really good hot and sour soup. I love Thai hot and sour soup.

Japanese curry? I need to learn about that :D I thought it was mainly India that used curry and some surrounding countries.

A place I worked at years ago had a few Japanese staff and the canteen offered a couple of Japanese dishes. They never looked very good to me so I never tried them. I think the Japanese curry was called katsu.

The Japanese staff there introduced me to sushi. I love sushi.

How do you like your sushi personally? I love them with Japanese mayo, raw ginger slices, soy sauce and wasabi myself. I used to have whole wasabi flavored beans as my afternoon or late night snack when young. But currently, they’re too spicy for me personally on their own, so I can just have them with my sushi and Japanese salad.

I eat sushi on its own although I often like ginger slices between different types.

Wasabi is a really unusual thing. I quite like wasabi peas but it seems like the sort of thing where everything is good until you even slightly overdo it, then it's like the stuff explodes in your head. That can be good, if you're expecting it!

Do you like Japanese food or Thai food better? If I had to choose I think I'd go for Thai, I just love Thai green curries.

I love them all actually, but my personal favorites are Italian, Mexican and Indian, lol.
