Depends to some degree on who cooks it and how it is cooked. Barbecue is popular near here, but I don't like barbecue. I do like shrimp and beef and chicken, especially fried chicken

We eat a lot of chicken here and we also like sausages and ham. We eat other meats too but try not to eat too many red meats.
