I'm not a fan of cooked tomatoes, unless they are part of a sauce.

I prefer broccoli cooked, but sometimes I'll eat it raw. When people cook broccoli they destroy the sulforaphane in it, unless they take special steps before cooking like chopping it up first and waiting 45 minutes. Then cooking doesn't destroy this important anti-cancer compound.

I only cook carrots to soften them enough to marinade the flavor into something different. Otherwise I'm not fond of cooked carrots, I'll eat them raw otherwise.

Cabbage is almost raw when eaten, although sometimes I'll cook it if it's a homemade pizza ingredient. Otherwise, it is usually turned into yummy coleslaw along with several other ingredients.

I sometimes eat onions raw in sandwiches and sometimes cook them, I can eat them either way.

I use flaxseed fairly regularly, both raw and cooked (note - the whole flaxseed, not the oil isolate).

There are several nuts and seeds I eat raw, like almonds and pepitas.

I can't think of the last time I cooked lettuce.
