That day was today!! After I got back from getting the state inspection and emissions testing, I didn't want to do anything. I watched tv, worked on finding buttons for a craft project and did some adjustments to my bike downstairs.

I can usually find something useful to do. If I don't feel like my mind is in a place where I want to be doing anything requiring finesse or precision I can usually find something in my house that needs breaking. I've pulled down a lot of ceiling and wall when in a mind set that I'm struggling with motivation. And that way it gets the nasty jobs out of the way, leaving the more rewarding jobs for when my mind is in the right place.
