Do you agree with these people? Is the Apocrypha Satanic?

Here’s bible teachers saying the Apocrypha is good to read. But there’s still people out there who think it’s Satanic.

There are people who think all kinds of things are Satanic. Rock Music is Satanic, The Lord of the Rings is Satanic, Proctor and Gamble is Satanic (those of you who lived in the 80s' know what I'm talking about). I know of Churches who preach that Contemporary Christian Music is Satanic.

I have a facebook friend who thinks the earth is flat and the opening ceremonies to the olympics was Satanic.

People are free to believe what they want to believe and some people find Satan in just about everything.

What Lanman87 said above....

Yup, you can find people (even Christian people) saying LOTS of things (especially on the internet). I long ago stopped being surprised. But unlike the opening poster, I don't ASSUME that such views are common or representative.

If you want to know how someone thinks then you ask that person the question of why they think the way they do. Asking anyone else is only going to get you guesses that maybe an educated one but they are still a guess that could be still wrong no matter how educated they are or appear to be.

I think the fact that you can find what could seem as an equal amont of people who believe both sides of the argument shows it is and probably will never be truly settled one way or the other and no one really knows for sure what is without a doubt correct thought they most certainly will act like they do and that goes for both sides.

I think it’s possible to get people to stop believing lies about the Apocrypha. That’s the biggest hindrance. Lies.

But there’s more to it. It’s not just the Apocrypha. It’s the Greek Septuagint. The Catholics have the Apocrypha. But they don’t have the Septuagint.
