Congrats! sounds like you're pleased to be free, after being a smoking woman for so many years.I gave up smoking January 19th 2012, about 3years 7months ago.. I should have done it years ago, as I didn't miss it that much at all, the only thing I didn't like was gaining 2 stones (28lbs) in weight and cant seem to lose it either..
I'm sure you don't miss the tar and coughy chests. Do you ever miss the inhales sometimes? To be honest yes I am glad to be free, its sounds good when a doctor says do you smoke and you say no and don't drink either.. lol
I never took up smoking. My dad used to smoke a cigar every now and then and mum never smoked at all but my brothers both smoked.
I hope you succeed in quitting! So have you smoked for long?I smoke smoke and am trying to give it up. My cough has become a bad one. I was told I have COPD and don't think it's that bad YET!!
One way or another, quitting is certainly worth it.The only thing that ever helped me was Chantix, when I took that I quit. I smoked with patchs and everything else I tried.
Oh well, if you managed to quit before, maybe you can do it again!I have smoked since I was 13 years old and am 57 now. But I did quit for a good 16 years and have had other times of not smoking.
Oh well, if you managed to quit before, maybe you can do it again!
Understand thatThat makes sense but I'm not quite ready yet.
