When states set themselves up for failure...

Here in the US we have some states that are adopting some really strict policies for the future. The problem is that those states are not ready to even begin to be able to implement those policies and are setting themselves up for failure.

My question is...should the other states in the nation bail out these progressive states when they fail?

No need for them to do that. Accommodating the flood of new residents who will then be moving out of those states is response enough.
