What's your favorite chat messenger?

There are so many chat messenger's people used to communicate online. Some of them are; Facebook messenger, telegram, WhatsApp Discord, Snapchat, TikTok, and a lot more.

Which one have been your favorite when it comes to chatting with your family and friends?

For family and friends, it's either my texting app on my phone, or I use Facebook messenger. For my online friends, I'll choose Slack. I never really was fond of Discord.

Messages on my phone is my main one. Then I use FaceBook messenger. Don't really see a need for any of the others.

The messenger I use the most is Telegram. The simplest and easiest one to use. Most of my friends also use it. I also have Discord on my PC that I use for calls when I play games with my friends.

Facebook messenger...I just wish people would reply to my messages. I hate it when i send a message and its left on read....grr...lol!

I've noticed that some of my friends have removed Messenger from their phones so they only look at messages when they log into FP using their computers. That could be once a week!

I keep it on my phone but turn notifications off because otherwise Facebook decides I really need to know that a thread I posted in six weeks ago just took off again.

I usually use text messages or Signal. For people who aren't on Signal I'll use Whatsapp but avoid discussing anything sensitive over any platform owned by Zuckerberg. Whatsapp is end-to-end encrypted but I have no idea how strong the encryption is.
