as of this morning, dreary and cold. rain now cold at 51 degrees. all day more rain

It's not as cold as yesterday. It must be near 40 now. We are supposed to have some warmer weather coming up. I'm so glad.

It's only 11 degrees right now but I think it will warm up to 30s today. The windchill yesterday and the day before was no fun.

It's quite nice out, in the 40s. Not much wind.

Properly cold here. One of our rooms has no heating in it, and we keep the door closed so the cat can't get at the really small mouse-like things (in his mind, if not ours) that could harm him if he ate them. When we go in the temperature can be pretty cold. I still need to get in the attic, rip up the floor, and replace the insulation. At least that way we can preserve some heat in there.
