What's For Dinner?

Where I live the pizza is pretty nasty but we brought home Papa Johns which was surprisingly good. We haven't had it in probably 15 years! I love the garlic sauce that comes with it but back home you had to ask for it because they stopped giving it out with the orders.

What did you have for dinner?

Rock Lobster. Nope, wrong thread thats for the music one. hahah just kidding about that and I didn't have lobster because one it's too expensive and two I don't care for the stuff. Tonight was find your own dinner because I needed a break and prefer it every now and again so everyone went and got what they wanted to eat.

I made a roast with potatoes, carrots and celery. I got an $18 roast for $8 at the store! Yum.

I had potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and a rib steak for supper.

How do you cook your steak?

tonight's menu will include: lentil soup (my dad makes it from scratch) a sandwich, fiber one cookie and some nuts

tonight sausage and what I call one eyed suzies, they are bread buttered on both sides with a hole poked in the middle and an egg on top and fried on both sides

I am making beef vegetable soup right now for dinner. It will be much lunch for the rest of the week as well.

How do you cook your steak?

I broil it using a broiler pan in the oven. It comes out good.
