A new house. Awhile back, we were shopping and we made several offers, but nothing "jelled" and the market here is just way too "hot" right now. We decided to stay put for awhile. But I would like a home. At least 3000 square feet. 4 bedrooms (or 3 + a den). One story. Three car garage Move in condition (our current home was a fixer -upper that I've fixed up - been there, done that). Nothing special or fancy or big - just a humble abode. If not that, a Porsche 911 would be nice (sold my Miata and while I love my Subie, it would be nice to have my Subie AND a 911 ) Again, no need for a fancy Porsche 911, just a new one. Red please. Oh, and a convertible.


I already have a girlfriend. She's also my wife (that's the best arrangement).
