What were you bullied for?

For me it was:

1) My red hair color
2) My clothes since they were either hand-me-downs or bought from the thrift shop
3) The fact that I lived in a mobile home (trailer)

I remember kids making fun of me because I wore glasses.

I got picked on by one kid from my neighborhood, all the other kids liked me because I was the class clown.. this kid however just had a deep hatred for me for no reason.. :/

I don't remember being bullied. I attended an inner city school from 5th grade through 10th. It wasn't a bully thing, I saw people get shot, beat up and even someone came in the lunchroom swinging a machete. I got mugged and sometimes robbed, but it wasn't personal.

The bully in my class at school worked his way through most of the class, with many people taking his side in the hopes of not being the next one in his sights. When he turned his attention to me I took it for a while, then fought back hard enough his cronies fled and he was left in little doubt that if he pushed me that far again he was likely to take some heavy damage. Curiously that was around the same time his cronies started to abandon him because they knew that if anyone else fought back it could be them taking the serious damage.

Going to speech therapy.
Being the new kid.

But I wasn't bullied. Just teased a lot. I don't think it ever got physical.

I was bullied for being fat and then when I got skinny I was bullied for having a tiny upturned nose. High school kids are so mean.

Basically, for almost everything. For being short, disabled, socially-awkward, for pretty much just existing. I mean, I can't even blame them. I can hardly stand myself.

People can be so mean and you're even hard on yourself. You've been nothing but nice here to me and the members so we like you!
