When scripture states 'the house of God' it refers to 'family'. The message given by Yeshua was one of reconciliation. An 'inclusion' of gentiles into the 'family' of Israel. God's household here on earth. The lie is that God cleaned this house by throwing the Jews out and leveling the home. Then erected a new spiritual house called 'the church' which is not built on the foundation of the prophets and the apostles but only on the words of Paul. They have taken the foundation and removed all but what they deem good. Strong words, I know, but is there truth to what I am seeing.

The house of God is more than family because a household includes servants also but that may not be a major matter in this thread nevertheless it is an important matter to keep in mind because Israel and specifically Moses is referred to as a servant while Christ is the Son of God's household (Hebrews 3:1-6). And every Jew who is incorporated into Christ through God's grace and faith is a son (or daughter) of God just as the gentiles who exercise faith in Christ are. There was never a throwing out but there was a wicked heart of unbelief in Israel and it excluded them from entering God's rest after the Exodus and also after the Crucifixion of the Lord. It is not ancestry that brings one into Christ but God's grace and faith. Nothing else can.

Amos 9:11
Israel Will Be Made Like New Again

11 "The time will come when I will rebuild David's fallen tent. I will repair its broken places. I will rebuild what was destroyed. I will make it what it used to be. 12 Then my people will take control of those who are left alive in Edom. They will also possess all of the nations that belong to me," announces the Lord. He will do all of those things. 13 "A new day is coming," announces the Lord. "At that time those who plow the land will catch up with those who harvest the crops. Those who stomp on grapes will catch up with those who plant the vines. Fresh wine will drip from the mountains. It will flow down from all of the hills. 14 I will bring my people Israel back home. I will bless them with great success again. They will rebuild the destroyed cities and live in them. They will plant vineyards and drink the wine they produce. They will make gardens and eat their fruit.

15 I will plant Israel in their own land. They will never again be removed from the land I have given them," says the LORD your God.

This is more about the parable of the prodigal son. The home is the one the father built. What you say about Yeshua being the son, doesn't remove the servants obedient work for the Father. Israel may be the prodigal son, but home is not a foreign land that he never lived in. It is the same one Yeshua lived.

Yet saint Peter tells us (under inspiration) that "the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?" (2 Peter 3:10-12 KJV) So we ought not to conclude that the promise "They will never again be removed from the land I have given them" is about Earthly lands. Surely the country that God gives is an eternal one that will not melt.

But given "land" could also be a place or position in mind and heart that is in align with the heart of God like David's.
