Music for sure. If I'm 'down' it's typically a sign that I'm in need of sunlight or fresh air. Typically it helps bring me around for the moment. There are some things I'll be doing soon for deeper self care that should help as well. I enjoy the challenge of computer solitaire games, too

My wife doesn’t play fair because I didn’t figure it out at first. But if we have a tiff :argue: she plays my favorite songs and before I know it I’m jamming along and forget that we were having a disagreement :friends:
