What house chores/maintenance have you put off this year?

So what needs to get done around the house (inside or out)?

We just power washed the front sidewalk and because of our allergies we're wiped out now. My husband and I were only outside for an hour! But the sidewalk looks nice and clean now.

What's next is some painting and I keep forgetting to do that!

I need to sand and refinish our dining room table and chairs.

I just had a patch of my roof fixed so now I can start pushing forward with my renovation. Having made a surge forward with a couple of things I've wanted to finish for a while I'm feeling like I've got my mojo back and want to keep going now. It's really frustrating being in a place where it seems every job is stuck waiting for another job to be done, when the ones that are holding everything up are stuck because it's too cold to be doing them.

Now I've got a ceiling fan in our bedroom and cable ready to go to put another fan in the guest bedroom things are moving again. And now the roof is fixed it makes sense to finish gutting the study so I can get that rebuilt and move some stuff back into it.
