In the native Tibetan language, my name means “Everything is alit.” So I don’t feel like this at times, in my native culture, parents will name their children names with positive meanings in my native languages which is Tibetan, Japanese, Korean, Mongolian and Chinese Mandarin. I’m a native Asian so.

My name is an Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese name. Like its French variant, Vincent, it is derived from the Latin name Vincentius meaning "conquering" (from Latin vincere, "to conquer").

The name my parents gave me means - "who is like God?"

Yet I am striving to obtain a new eternal name that will be given to those who "overcome."

"To him who overcomes, to him I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and a new name written on the stone which no one knows but he who receives it." - Rev 2:17

And better yet, I hope to receive the new Name of Jesus, the Name of His God and the the Name of the City as well.

"He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name." - Rev 3:12

Oh Glory! :ange06:
