Much the same as on sunny days, except without so much outdoor stuff.
I don't like days when it rains all day. I like to get out for a walk/hike/run every day if I can to keep my exercise levels up. If it rains I have to find some other way of moving around, and it can be hard to get any decent number of steps without going outside.
