The moment I say no, and they (anyone) persist in making me advances or asking for sexual favors, I'd say it's sexual harassment and I usually flip open my phone and threaten to call the cops on them.

Asking for unwanted sexual favors is definitely harassment but as far as making advances it really depends on what that is. For example if a man says Hello and says that the woman looks nice today then that is just a compliment.

The "problem" IMO is that except for extreme and obvious things, this is very subjective and is defined by the one labeling self as a "victim." Harassment tends to be whatever the self-labeled "victim" FEELS that it is. It's created an atmosphere that at times is a bit silly. And it certainly has impacted dating....

THAT said, the hyper-sensitivity to this has - generally - been good for the workplace.
