When I feel cold. That will vary based on all sorts of things, and will also depend on how far I'm going. I'll also dress differently depending on whether I'm going out for dinner or going for a run.

Oh wow, it depends on the humidity. For me though, I like to wear a jacket when it's 60 degrees out but if the humidity is really high then I don't need one unless it's windy and the wind is cold.
