I've lost some weight. I've been out walking virtually every single day. Where I live is quiet enough that distancing is baked into the lifestyle here so went for a daily walk round about the time things started to get locked down. It's rare to come within 50 feet of anyone else, excluding the odd car that passes by. It looks like it's inspired a few other people in town to get walking - only yesterday I was taking a gentler than normal walk and passed an older man going the other way who said how he'd seen me out walking so much he decided to give it a try.
Although I've been exercising more than normal I also took to eating more ice cream during the heat than was necessarily ideal, so my weight loss has been tempered by that. There's also the whole thing about losing fat but gaining muscle, and my fitness levels have improved significantly.
