It's called Jesus lives.
You won't understand a word but this guy is so happy always. He used to be on drugs and a party animal and then he got saved and now he drives in his car with Follow Jesus on it and loudspeakers.

Then she asks but how does Jesus lives or Jesus think about traffic jams?
Well he says when I'm in a traffic jam I have these nice loudspeakers to share the happy News and I have nice texts on it, so the people can hear about Jesus in the traffic jam.
She said I have never seen someone that happy as you.
Well he says, there's One who is even happier, that's Jesus Himself.
