Given the choice to have only 1 thing in life, what would you choose and why? Personally, I think I can make it without meats. And you personally?

Is there such a thing as a MEAT ONLY diet? I don't think that's common (or even exists).

I suspect we are designed for a diverse diet that includes both. But if very careful, we can live well without meat - and millions do.

Frankly, I like to include many different foods in my diet... minimally prepared and fresh.

Been living without any meats (or dairy or eggs or any other animal products) for over 4 years now. But...I need grains and legumes. Veggies are great...but typically (depending on veggie) don't supply enough calories and grains/seeds/legumes are more densely packed not only with calories but essential vitamins, minerals and essential fats. So I reject the binary choice and choose the third option that includes wholegrains and seeds/legumes along with veggies and fruits.
