Click to expand... It depends on what I'm doing with the tuna. In a sandwich either a tiny amount of mayonnaise - just enough to stick it together - or finely chopped onion with salt and pepper. In a sushi roll a decent slug of sriracha sauce. In the form of a tuna steak, maybe a fine dusting of pepper and nothing more.
