Dan 12:5 I heard and did not understand, so I said, ‘My Lord, what will be the outcome of these things?’ He said, ‘Go, Daniel, for these words are SECRET AND SEALED to the TIME OF THE END. Many will be purified and purged and refined; the wicked will act wickedly and none of the wicked will understand; but the knowledgeable will understand. From the time the regular offering is abolished, and an appalling abomination is set up -- it will be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. Happy the one who waits and reaches one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days.

There are several important factors in these three dates,
-they are end of days time frames
-it is the time when the abomination of desolation is set up
-it marks the end of time for this world
-Yom Kippur is the only time when "the adversary/Azazel" is represented in feast services
- Fall feasts as seen in Revelation unfolding with each seal opened and each trumpet sounding.

Using Day/Year prophetic time frame...Ezekiel 4:6: And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I have appointed thee each day for a year.

With regard to the prophecies of Daniel's prophetic time table we have...
Daniel 10:1 In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar; and the thing [was] true, but the time appointed [was] long: and he understood the thing, and had understanding of the vision.

Daniel 12:7 And I heard the man clad in linen, who was above the waters of the river, and he raised his right hand and his left hand to the heavens, and he swore by the Life of the world, that in the time of [two] times and a half, and when they have ended shattering the strength of the holy people, all these will end. http://www.chabad.org/library/bible_cdo/aid/16495 ... Jews understand the idiom in the passage as a factor of 2-1/2 rather than the 3 1/2. The third year of Cyrus is 533 BC and 2500 years later brings us to 1967. 1967 was the year of the 6 day war in which Israel gained control of Jerusalem. That is the strength of the holy people revealed in God backing them in the shortest war in the history of the world. The restoration of the Jews to, and end of the Gentile control of, Jerusalem. This is the end of the "shattering the strength of the holy people".

Yes many see that as pivitol in prophecy, a question then what will be the generation time? it shall not pas, is it the old 40m year, 70 for a full life, or the last person and some now live to 110 or a little longer
