... and all the while companies endlessly blather on about their environmental concerns, as they produce more garbage from plastic that's designed to last two weeks longer than the warranty. Sorry, no user serviceable parts, the only option is to send the whole thing to landfill and buy another one.

Once the pandemic hit, the hospital I work for cancelled all vacation requests. I have, among other employees, been working without vacation time off for almost 2 years now. I am hoping since mask mandates are being dropped this week, they will now start approving our vacation requests.
