What can we do with the points that we receive from posting?

Hello,

Points will be eventually tied in to be used to buy certain things such as account upgrades and the like. I'll have more news on this soon.

What is the difference between points and credits?

Points are in regards to your Activity stats, while credits are the forum currency. Renaming the forum currency is on the to do list.
