My stomach woke me up with its gurgling this morning. We went out to eat last night and it was all appetizer and bleh....I feel bleh.

My stomach woke me up with its gurgling this morning. We went out to eat last night and it was all appetizer and bleh....I feel bleh.

Eating out is less safe than home cooking I reckon. My tummy almost never gurgles when I eat at home hut if I eat out it does about 1/3 or 1/4 of the time ... not food poisoning but maybe ingredients that don't quite agree with my digestive system.

I think for me it was the high fat garbage! LOL Plus my husband kept telling me to eat more so I was extra full and I hate feeling that way.

Yeah, it's true you never know what people do to the food when you dine out. I try to trust them, though. I haven't had any digestive problems yet.

Yes, and I have a demanding sister who likes to tick off the servers...before we get the food...despite my repeated explanations (having cooked in many restaurants years ago) about why this is a very bad idea. :scared:
