I got up at 6 and did a 2 1/2 mile walk before eating some toast. I'm enlisting my husband to make homemade ravioli today! I got everything started yesterday (sauce, filling which consisted of chopping fresh italian parsley and grinding 2 different cooked meats, meatballs to go with the ravioli) and today I'll make the dough and he'll help actually make the ravioli. Then we boil them, drain, put them in a pan with sauce and in the oven they go for about 20 minutes to a half hour. Wow. So many hours of work. And dishes. Can't forget all those dishes.
