The Nature of God According to Jesus Christ and Learn to Follow the Teachings of Christ to Love, Forgive, be Humble, Relate to God on Our Own, Seek for Knowledge, and Grow Spiritually
According to Roberta Grimes, Jesus taught us about the nature of God, the importance of love, the importance of forgiveness, the need for humility, our afterlife, our powerful minds, and that He did not mean to start Christianity as a religion.
In fact, He came to abolish religions, to teach us how to relate to God on our own, to be seekers, and most importantly, how to follow His teachings and grow spiritually, as spiritual growth is the only wealth.
The Nature of God According to Jesus Christ
God is an infinitely powerful Spirit.
Jesus says, “God is Spirit.” (John 4:24). “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” (John 6:63).
The book Thiaoouba Prophecy also writes, "The Spirit was, and is, infinitely powerful - powerful beyond the comprehension of any human mind," and that "the Spirit was thus, is still, and always will be, at the centre of the Universe for he is the Master and Creator of it..."
Each one of us embodies a tiny part of the Spirit in our physical body, as God seeks spiritual experiences through a material world.
Jesus says, “... the Spirit of truth ... dwells with you and will be in you.” (John 14:17). He also said, “the kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:21). Therefore, each of us contains a part of the Spirit, and our mind is inextricably part of the Mind of God.
The book Thiaoouba Prophecy further explains, "the creator sought spiritual experiences through a material world" and that "in order to have these experiences, he wanted to embody a tiny part of his Spirit in a physical entity. It ‘inserted’ thus, an infinitesimal part of the Spirit in the human body."
Therefore, when we die, our spirit separates from our physical body, does a "life review" with a higher spirit, and then decide whether to be "inserted" into another physical body again. In other religions or beliefs, it is sometimes called reincarnation. It thus makes more sense when Jesus says, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” When asked, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:3-8)
God does not judge us, as we are our own judges.
Jesus says, “For the Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son” (John 5:22). “You judge according to the flesh; I judge no one.” (John 8:15). And then, “And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.” (John 12:47). And finally, “For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.” (Matthew 7:2).
Thus, Jesus tells us that each of us will be our own judge. Although He does not tell us when we will judge ourselves, overwhelming evidence from testimonies of the dead indicate that there is a "life review" process right after we die. We review everything that has happened in our life time since birth until the moment that we die, and sometimes we either regret or appreciate the things we did when we were alive in our physical body. In fact, in the book "Thiaoouba Prophecy," with the assistance of his hosts, Michel Desmarquet, the author, was shown glances of his previous lifetimes, some of which he was extremely satisfied (when he made justified decisions as the ruler of a country), others he was somewhat regretful (when he accidentally caused the death of his wife.) Phil Quinn, on the other hand, is a medium that can communicate with the dead. He tells us that frequently the dead will feel regretful about not giving more love to their families members, and feel satisfied when they helped people in need, especially strangers, and especially so when they did so anonymously.
The Importance of Love
According to the book "Thiaoouba Prophecy", Jesus was sent to earth to preach love and spirituality. Indeed, Jesus says, “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.” (John 13:34) Indeed, we must love one another, because we are have an infinitesimal part of the same God, or Spirit. Jesus further emphasizes, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:37-40) Yes, we must love our neighbors as ourselves, because we are all part of God, or the same Spirit.
To be perfect, we must love perfectly, and to love everyone perfectly and unconditionally, even for the most unlovable. Why? Jesus explains, “But if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them.” (Luke 6:32) As Roberta Grimes writes, everything that happens in our lives is “either love or a call for love.” So no matter the question, love is always the answer.
The book Thiaoouba Prophecy echoes. It writes, "violence does not pay, and never will. The solution lies, rather, in love and the cultivation of minds." When referring to the problems that we face on earth, it tells us, "the solution depends on love - not money. It requires that people rise above hate, resentment, jealousy and envy, and that each person, whether he be street sweeper or community leader, put his neighbor before himself, offering his hand to whoever needs it." Phil Quinn often shares on Youtube the stories of the messages he received from the dead regarding how they should have loved and cared more about the people around them when they were alive.
Love your enemies
When we love everyone perfectly and unconditionally, we must also love our enemies. Jesus says, “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” (Matthew 5:43-48)
As if it was not emphasized enough, Jesus also illustrates how to love our enemies. “... I tell you not to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also. If anyone wants to sue you and take away your tunic, let him have your cloak also. And whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two.” (Matthew 5:39-41).
Jesus explains further, “... Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you. To him who strikes you on the one cheek, offer the other also. And from him who takes away your cloak, do not withhold your tunic either. Give to everyone who asks of you. And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back. And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise. ... If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive back, what credit is that to you? For even sinners lend to sinners to receive as much back. But love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil. Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.” (Luke 6:27-36).
