I lived in four homes while I "grew up".
Ages when in each:
Home 1: 1-5
Home 2: 5-8
Home 3: 8-17
Home 4: 17-21
But all of those home are within 3 miles of where I currently live. I moved about 30 miles away for 10 years, but moved back 6 years ago. I also lived out of state for 6 months, but that was just a temporary thing.

Depends how you define that house. My parents travelled on business a lot when I was a child so many different countries featured on the list. I was too young to remember much about very many of them, and many of the memories I have are muddled.

Hard question for me to answer. I'm a military brat and we moved constantly and lived in so many different states. My earliest memory seems to be an Air Force base in Mississippi. Going from that memory and my location now, I'm over 22 hours away.
