One of the most neglected topics of theology is the free will of God. God is not obligated to anything outside Himself. His grace, love and forgiveness are all given because he chooses, not simply the uncontrolled reflexes of deity.

Thy will be done on earth, As it is in heaven.

Could you explain what you mean by uncontrolled reflexes of deity? I'm not sure I follow since I've always been taught about the will of God.

Right. If I understand your last statement you seem to be saying that God makes his choice as he wills, he does not react to the choices of men. Is that an accurate interpretation?
