Some people don't believe in the creation theory of the Bible but do believe in evolution theory. Do we have evidence that in the present times support the evolution theory?

There are a number of different ideas that are referred to by the term "evolution." Some of them are, arguably, compatible with the Bible, too.

IMHO, we first would need to be in agreement concerning the boundaries of any discussion like this one if we wanted to get anywhere with it.

Evolution is a flawed theory developed by those who refuse to honor God.
I believe that God created everything as laid out in the bible. For those who don't believe it, I give them this:
"And the great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him." - Revelation 12:9
