Many times a translators meaning is not exactly what was intended.
WARNING: any time someone says something like the above when pointing to God's Word, it is usually in preparation to take you away... from what is actually 'written' in The Word of God.
The original posts are full of 'fleshy' references against Islam, trying to replace the actual revealing of the coming supernatural false-Messiah of Revelation 13:11 forward that is to appear LIKE a lamb, which is a symbolic pointer to our Lord Jesus Christ, but... that
"another beast" will instead speak as a dragon. That "
dragon" title we are told in Rev.12:9 is another title for Satan himself. And in Rev.17 about the idea the beast king, he is pointed to as one who ascends out of the bottomless pit and goes into perdition, which is a DIRECT reference to Satan himself.
Rev 17:8
8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
KJV
Thus the 1st beast of Rev.13:1 which involves the "
sea", is about a beast kingdom that will have ten horns, seven heads, and ten crowns. Jesus defined it in Rev.17:15 to mean peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues, i.e., the whole world. He was pointing to the coming globalist
"one world government", not about Islam nor just one religion, but ALL... of them in one big melting pot, just like how today's United Nations represents world religion. Apostle Paul revealed this world-religion component too in 2 Thessalonians 2:4 with the coming Antichrist to JERUSALEM at the end; that
"man of sin" who will exalt himself in place of God, and over that is even called... God, or that is worshiped.
Stick to your Bible as written folks, for there are many deceivers in today's world.
