In terms of actions: When I a very young teen, I was at times down right mean to my mother; more than disrespectful, I could be a jerk to her. I've apologized many times.
Otherwise: I was just way to up-tight and serious as a teen. And way too focused on academics. And pretty much everything. It took me awhile to learn to chill, cut everything/everyone some slack, not be so serious. There were healthy things that helped: swimming and youth theatre for example... those were good influences.
But all-in-all, I suspect my teen years were better than most.
