How can people drink that stuff?
It's quite easy really, you open your mouth, pour some in and swallow it
Seriously, the rubbish that passes for tea in the US is sometimes quite shocking. Drink proper tea and you'll get a better idea of what it should be.

My wife and I like Yorkshire Tea, but finding it at a sensible price in the US is easier said then done. We haven't found anything this side of the water that is anywhere near as nice.

Sounds good but I am in a rural area and if it is not available commercially then I priobably cant find it

I've seen it in the intensional section at Wegmans but at about five times the price I'd pay for it in England. Luckily tea bags pack down small and weigh practically nothing.

I tried Lipton once. In fairness I don't know how old it was, because it was in the house when a family member died. I needed something to drink while sorting through the endless mountains of paperwork - this person's filing system was "put it in the drawer" but not necessarily the same drawer every time, so I found really fun stuff like dozens and dozens of prescription bills that were many years old, and the current homeowners insurance nestled among them. After taking a couple of mouthfuls I poured the rest down the sink and threw the rest of the teabags in the trash.
