It's Labor Day weekend in the US and people tend to close their pools and beaches start shutting down businesses until Memorial Day.

Do you like to swim after Labor Day?

Swimming outdoors is best done when it's warm. Swimming indoors isn't really constrained by the weather. If a pool is heated it doesn't really matter. I swam in an outdoor pool north of the Arctic Circle when there were several inches of snow on the ground. It was lovely in the pool. Not quite so lovely getting out of the pool, so people needed to make sure they had a thick towel nearby.
