Sweet or Salty?

When you crave a snack do you go for the sweet or salty?

Sweet is always my favorite but I tend to alternate back and forth between the two.

Almost always sweet. Occasionally I crave something salty but usually the sugar wins.

Almost always savory and slightly salty. I rarely eat sweet things, excepting raw sugar in my coffee, and ketchup with hash browns. Occasionally a Coke if I'm out and pick some junk fast food - but often I'll just get a water with it instead. I never buy sweets for home consumption nor soda or anything like that.

Most of the vitamins and fiber I get are from veggies, as I rarely eat fruit.

Neither.

A "snack" to me is typically some cheese or perhaps a banana. I'm not into desserts or sweets..... and I tend to avoid salty stuff (I don't add salt to anything, and a lot of things I don't like because of too much salt).

I tend to alternate back and forth between the two.

I do the same or I usually combine them, like having a sweet tea or a glass of soda with potato chips or popcorn.

Usually sweet. Sometimes spicy. Sweet and spicy works remarkably well, a good dark chocolate loaded with bhut jolokia pepper is pretty amazing.

Both at the same time! I love snacks like chocolate covered pretzels, or I'll pop some popcorn and eat it with some chocolate.
