Support Groups Online

I have joined several Facebook support groups for my physical and mental health. There are lots of people in these groups who have the same problems and are empathetic and helpful. I have found a lot of comfort in these groups.iano:

Hearing testimonies from others who are in the same place you are mentally or physically can help in many ways. Just having something in common, knowing you're not alone can bring some peace!

Thank you guys! I am in a diabetic group, a fatty liver group, a cirrhosis group, a ptsd group and just joined a group to cut out salt in the diet.

Yes, it's a lot of groups and I am learning how to manage better. There are millions of people in the groups but not all post of course. They bring up things that I wonder about and things I haven't thought of yet, too. It's a good experience!

Yes. I am always looking up best things to eat, too, and I forget and do it again..lol
