What is the best way to say "stop touching me" without offending someone who may have poor boundaries or no social awareness?

1. Stop being aloof
2. Stop being accusative.
3. STATE that you're uncomfortable.
4. Use "I messages" rather than "you" ones.

"I'm sorry, but I feel uncomfortable with that." or something along those lines.
