Shaun King: Statues of Jesus Christ are 'form of white supremacy,' should be torn down

Far-left activist Shaun King on Monday said all images depicting Jesus as a “white European” should be torn down because they are a form of “white supremacy.”

Shaun King, a Black leader in the "BLACK Lives Matter" movement and a leading Leftist and Democrat activist, is demanding that statues of Jesus be removed that show Him with White features. Those that show Him as a Black man are okay, however. He insists all such statues were created as “tools of oppression” and “racist propaganda.”


King also insisted that all stained glass windows, murals, etc. depicting a White Jesus must also be destroyed. They too are racist. But again, those depicting Jesus as a Black man are to remain.

Since they are still historical artifacts I would love to see those statues placed into a museum someplace in a great big room maybe with videos next to them to discuss the history of the men. Some of those statues they're tearing down have been of men who have done good things for blacks so people are ignorant.

Let’s see, Ancient Egypt employed slavery, so we better demolish the Pyramid, Sphinx and Temple Complexes as symbols of human oppression.
Ancient Greece had slaves (the Spartan economy was built on 100% slave labor), so the Acropolis and Parthenon and other Temple ruins need to be torn down in protest.
Ancient Rome also believed in slavery, so we better remove the Colosseum and Pantheon and Triumphal Arches.
Medieval Cathedrals represent a society build on the innate inequality of the Lord and Serf relationship, so all Cathedrals need to follow the example of Notre Dame.
The Renaissance brought us oppressive monarchies, religious persecutions and women as chattel, so all of Venice and the other great Renaissance structures need to be toppled to protest all that they stand for.

In fact, the very existence of slavery taints anything and everything that existed prior to the 1860’s so all antiquities should be destroyed. We should expunge all record of any historical event or person prior to the end of slavery from all records to remove it from our collective cultural memory.

Remembering the past and celebrating your cultural identity is just over rated.

For my part, I am not at all surprised. Emmanuel was not Caucasian. However, this latest is going too far because the first mistake Liberal government made when Anarchist Racist terrorists made demands was to concede to said demands. Now the attack is against the foremost religious population in America; Christianity/Christians.

It's Racism of a different color. The Erasure Movement thinks to remove anything its ignorant intolerant members deem offensive to them.
What was revealed today in a news feature on One America News Network is, the ANTIFA and BLM terrorists that are tearing down statues are removing statues erected to commemorate Abolitionists! And one statue was paid for by freed slaves.

What they also don't realize, because my guess is the violent vandal terrorists in those groups are not well educated, is the fact free blacks not only owned slaves, but were reportedly more vicious to their slaves than were the white southern slave owners by comparison.

Hatred does not see. However, what needs to be done is the law needs to be enforced against those who destroy these monuments. The ten year prison sentence needs to be executed and the offenders need to serve every day of those ten years. Make it a labor camp, so that they have to work to restore what they destroyed. Then, back to their cell.

Furthermore, when it is found out these terror groups are funded by a billionaire and his cronies, said billionaire should not just be prosecuted for Sedition and funding Domestic Terrorism on American soil, he and his co-conspirator$ funding this should lose all of their personal holdings. Every last penny, every last property. And then, they should be sentenced to Federal prison, not a country club style facility either, for the rest of their life!
Broadcast the trials on live stream and on world and national TV and send the message! Part of why America is greater still is because we do not negotiate with Terrorists! We prosecute them!
