Howdy sup there! How are you doing so far with your day? This morning, I’ve just enjoyed a most peaceful and relaxing walk, meditation, yoga and breathing exercises session outside in the sunshine, currently feeling like -1C. The afternoon, just enjoying my usual TV show before dozing off tonight.

Glorious day today so got a walk in. I would have gone for a much longer walk but I had a load of other stuff that needed to get done before this evening. Now I just got in from putting the trash out - rid of another 40lb or so of drywall scraps - and it's time for a beer and some brain candy on Netflix.

Wow! It's such a beautiful day outside. I got my walk in and also did some stuff in the garage. I have windows opened now and am hoping to catch site of the baby foxes in the back field.

I got a longer walk in today. I had considered running a longer route still but didn't have a great night's sleep so decided not to push it too hard. So I walked my 8-mile route. Parts of it looked a bit ominous with clouds gathering, as we had a 33% chance of rain this afternoon, but it stayed dry. About 45 minutes after I got home it started to rain.

Another glorious day so ran some errands this morning and then went for a walk. I noticed the price of cable has gone up, yet again. The roll of cable that was around $70 a year ago is now closer to $100. Interestingly the local hardware store has it for less than the big box hardware store. I don't need cable just yet but figured I will in the not too distant future, so got some before the price goes any higher.
Now I should have enough to totally rewire the rest of my house with some left over.
