I just finished my notes for work, so officially now done for the week. I got 8 out of 10 clients seen this week. Not the greatest week, but not much I can do about it if client's aren't available. Happy 4th of July.

Happy weekend guys! How are you doing so far with your day? I’ve had leftover pizza with lemon iced tea for lunch. Have done my meditation, breathing exercises and yoga indoors. Been taking a nap in the afternoon and enjoying my usual TV show. Tonight, just chilling online and watching TV online before hitting the pillow. It’s too hot and humid to go outside for a few days because there’s a heat wave in my area coming from the US.

Hoping to get out for a walk. Yesterday my wife and I went out before our coffee. Today is warmer still so she's not feeling like she wants to walk. I will later, but probably take a water bottle out with me.

Today is muggier than ever for us so no walking to visit the cows this time! I'll go to WalMart and walk LOL

I'd rather deal with hot and muggy than with some of the stupid at Walmart.

Yesterday's walk was a warm one but I changed the way I walk... normally I push hard up the hills but yesterday I slowed the pace with a view to keeping my pulse in the 130s or lower. For most of the walk I managed it, but on one section I pushed a little harder and went to 140 or so. Then for the last hill I give it some beans, which pushed it higher, but it's close enough to home that I wasn't bothered by that.

When it's not so hot and sticky I push harder but don't want to overdo it in the heat.

I went to church today and for the first time since March (the Sunday I joined the church) and went inside. There is usually about 140 people in the congregation and we had about a dozen or so that can in. The more popular service is the 9 am parking lot service held outside.

Hi all sup there? How’s your weekend going? Mine is pretty easy and relaxing with nothing planned but resting in bed. The heat and humidity has been so energy consuming today for a week already lately and it’ll be lasting till next Wednesday or Thursday evening, another whole week almost. Tonight, just playing Solitaire on my phone and relaxing online before heading to bed.

Good service at church today, and an impromptu invitation to lunch with a couple we're growing to really like. Then a mostly lazy afternoon but we got our walk around town in. Not hugely fast today because it was pretty warm.

It's soupy outside and of course it's the day I chose to put out fresh mulch around the landscape. Go me.

Pretty warm and sticky here too so we got our walk in early before it gets any hotter. We may have thunderstorms this afternoon.

Another highlight of the day coming up is a visitation. Our friend's father died unexpectedly last week. I didn't know him and my wife only loosely knew him, but we're going to stop by, even if only briefly, to support our friend.

Went to physical therapy. I was told they are putting a 30 day hold on my coming to the office to do anymore physical therapy and I will just be doing exercises at home until my status changes and I'm allowed to put weight on my foot. I'm feeling stronger, but I think I still have a ways to go before I can walk with crutches.

Hello evening all, been relaxing indoors all day long again.

No thunderstorms but a brief downpour. Then the sun came out again. The weather radar showed a couple of storm cells that went either side, so we obviously missed the worst of it.

Yesterday I got the mulch done but the heat got to me and I didn't feel right for the rest of the day. It stormed last night for a few hours so I didn't have to go water my garden or my neighbor's garden. My daughter came over to spend the night with her guinea pig so I'm feeding the pig her breakfast now.

Hoping my man with the wood I need can meet me today. Then I can push on with retrimming the windows, and then get to lacquering the floor.

Just got back from doctor. I am now allowed to use just one crutch instead of two. If everything goes well I will be off crutches in about two weeks

Yo sup guys? Today, I’ve gone out by my home for my morning walk as it has rained last night and today again too. It’s a cooler and fresher day weather wise, not as hot and muggy as this past week lately. I’ve had my weekly 3 hours therapy after that by phone and online. Been resting in bed till heading the sack tonight since then.

Getting tired of waiting for my man with the wood to make contact. If I haven't heard from him by tomorrow I'm going to go to the local hardware store, that has something similar. It's not as good and it's a lot more expensive but I'm sick of waiting, I've made no progress on the room for three weeks now because I've been trying to find wood that matches precisely. I need to get on with it.
