I rarely sleep through the night without waking up. I'm such a light sleeper that the slightest sound awakens me! We live in the country and there are a lot of screaming animals outside at night!

The need to use the bathroom wakes me up and then I go back to sleep.

As I got older my nighttime trips increased. But I take a ProstaGenex 3 times a day and they are now decreasing.
