I have had sleep apnea for the last 14 months that I know of. I went on a cpap machine and everything was good for almost a year and now suddenly the last 3 weeks my sleep apnea numbers are up again. this is happening even though I am using the machine every night and my mask fits good. My doctor seems confused about what to do to help me. He suggested that I switch machines to see if somehow the machine is malfunctioning but I don't think that is it. I am turning my machine in Tuesday and getting a different one to try.
Having said that since I am now so sleepy during the day I have been really irritable and snapping at people and grumpy. I have not been a very good example lately which I have been praying about. I know God can heal me and is not confused even though my doctor is. I don't know what to do about this. I am doing everything the same and getting different results now. I pray that God would heal me of this and take away all the fatigue I am feeling. My AHI was 21.2 last night which is horrible. You want it at under 5.
