I always use a sprinkle of powdered ginger. Barbequing is my favorite way to cook salmon. Some lemon-pepper is good. You don't want to overpower the natural flavor. Atlantic salmon is my favorite fish, especially if freshly caught!
Open a can of canned salmon. Dump it in a bowl. Get some sweet or dill pickles, according to your taste, and some chips. Cut up an onion to have with it. Some hot sauce if you like, which I do. And have at it.
