Salvation (Mōkṣa)

Moksha means freedom from the cycle of birth and rebirth(samsara), death
The Sanskrit word for salvation is Moksha or Nirvana

In Christianity
Jesus Christ saves us from danger,sin etc
preservation from destruction or failure
being saved from danger, loss, or harm:
