I don't know if these qualify as "themes," but here is my summary of the Bible's overall emphases:

LAUNCHED like a boat with God's creation of humans.

LOST in our self-centered rebellion, beginning with Adam and Eve.

LOVED with Jesus' life, death, and resurrection.

LANDED on the solid Rock, Jesus.

LIVING LOVING LIVES in the power of the Holy Spirit.

What do you think of my summary as a teaching and preaching tool? You are free to borrow them, if you wish.
