Yes it is badly bruised and swollen up. Can't put a shoe on so I'm going to w

wear my slipper to the doctor today.

I am back from the Orthopedic doctor. They took xrays and think I may have a fracture and I do have a chipped bone. It is bleeding inside so bad and so very swollen they don't know for sure if it's a fracture or not so I'm going back in 2 weeks for more xrays. They said the swelling should go down by then. I am now wearing an aircast. I'm so glad I went to the doctor.

wow im sorry ruth! get well soon. i know firsthand how having a fracture sidelined my life. this lasted 3 months.. i broke leg and had steel pins put in place after riding motercycle..and i have terrible balance

Aww..that's very nice. I am just heating up a bowl of chili. I made a big batch last night and it is good.

I am doing that Bill. I have a problem with a neighbor guy bothering me to buy him booze. He keeps telling me he needs booze badly for his pain and just to drink. I have already given him money and now he is trying to take advantage of me and I am so tired of it! I blocked his phone number on my phone and won't answer my buzzer when he buzzes. I feel so stupid for getting into this situation with him.

He is good friends with the management so I can't go to them. I may type him a letter and tell him to find another friend to get booze off of. I spent a lot of money on him already this month. I paid him for doing some cleaning for me. I bought him a set of towels for Christmas and I gave him 20. more for walking around money. I can't help it if he spends it real fast on gambling, I think.

I think he is. He has gotten worse and worse. I wrote him a letter. Not sure if I will send it.

If you ignore him, stop giving him money, stop giving him the chance to earn money from you, sooner or later he'll give up. If he becomes aggressive go to the police, otherwise just ignore him.
