Forgive me if this is in the wrong place.
I've been studying Ezra, and thought I'd share a few notes on revival.
Revival begins with prayer and fasting. This gets us in to a deeper time with the Lord. This is when we focus on Him more and listen to what He has for us to say and do. Revival begins to stir within when we are obedient to His calling and support others in their calling. Revival brings rejoicing for we are reminded of what He has done for us all and what He is doing now. Revival continues when we come together to worship Him and pray. Revival strengthens when we allow Him and His Holy Word to strengthen us against the enemy's attempts to trip us up and bring us down. Revival lives when we persist daily in Him. Revival spreads when we testify to others of His greatness and love, and they can have revival too!
He lifted me out of the deep miry clay. He planted my feet on the Heavenly way! I'll tell it wherever i go, for I want the whole world to know. I'm so glad the He loved me so, that He lifted me out!
I was stuck, but you freed me. You freed me to help free others.
