Recipes for a crowd

If you have about 20 people, what are some of your go to dinners/recipes? I'm coming up with the following ideas:

Chili
Sloppy Joes
Tacos
Mostaccioli
Taco Salad
Quesadillas (maybe if the oven is big enough for a lot at once)?
Pizza

Think Costco.

Their Kirkland Lansagna (sp?) is GREAT and depending on how much you get, can feed an army. I like their cheese pizza too (not so much the meat ones).

For potlucks and crowds, IMO, Costco is your friend.

I'm not sure if they have one where her internship is. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere land.

It would depend on whether you're talking about dinner in the sense of all sitting around a table (i.e. plates fundamentally on a solid flat surface) or mingling or otherwise moving around (i.e. plates fundamentally held in hands).

If people are moving about I'd avoid anything messy enough to fall on the floor in any quantity.
